  • Booties on inside your home

    Shoes come off or booties go on. We work around blinds and drapes, so there's nothing for you to take down.

  • Every pane by hand

    Washed, squeegeed and dried with microfiber, then frames, sills and ledges wiped and cobwebs cleared.

  • The windows you can't reach

    Stairwells, two-story foyers, skylights and third floors, done by crews who work at height on commercial buildings every week.

  • Screens, if you want them

    For a small extra fee we take every screen out, clean it and put it back.

  • Anything we notice

    Cracks, failed seals or rot along a sill. We'll point it out while we're there.

Why Top Gun

Why not just tilt them in and do it yourself?

Cleaning a tilt-in sash upside down drains cleaning solution into the top of the frame, and it drips back down behind the seal once the window is closed. Popping sashes out also risks the window tracks, especially in a house that has settled. Our crew cleans them in place, the way the manufacturer intended.

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

Almost always. For a larger home we like to walk the property with you first so the quote matches what you expect.

Can you do a big house in one visit?

That's how we plan it. We size the crew to the house, so a home with 30 or 40 windows is normally done in a single visit, and we can add the gutters the same day.

Do you clean screens?

Screens aren't part of a standard cleaning, but for a small additional fee we'll remove, clean and replace all of them.

Can you remove hard water stains?

Almost always. We'll look at how severe they are, tell you whether they can be removed safely, and quote it as an add-on.

Why are some of my windows foggy after cleaning?

Fog between the panes means a failed seal, which lets moisture in. Cleaning can't reach it. Most windows carry a long warranty, so call your builder or installer.

How long does it take?

Your quote includes a full crew and cleanup. As a guide, plan on about an hour per $100 of work.
